My family's Calabrese Style Sausage is true to the recipe perfected over 50 years ago by my grandfather Dominic and great uncles, Tony and Joe. For three generations we have used only quality spices, lean cuts of pork, natural casings and attention to tradition. It is my pleasure to share my family's original Calabrese style recipe with you.
